Airport Terms and Conditions of Service
Cancellation Policy:
Flight and passenger details are to be given so that we can coordinate the limousine effectively. Limousine changes and cancellations may be made within 48 hours of pick up, however a 50% charge will be made from 47 to 24 hours prior to the flight arrival and a 100% charge if a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before pick up time or flight arrival. All reservations should be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Budget Limousine will do our best to arrange transportation, however we do not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes made within 48 hours of arrival.
We will make every attempt to meet our passengers, and our prices for meet & greet service include waiting time up to 90 minutes. However a full fare will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated pick up location within that time frame after the flight arrives, (A NO SHOW). If for any reason the passenger is delayed or is unable to locate Budget Limousine service please contact your airport greeter at: 778-889-LIMO (5466). To avoid being billed as a no show, passengers should stay at Budget Limousine’s pre-determined meeting area.
Budget Limousine is not responsible or liable for service delayed or not rendered due to Mother Nature, airline rescheduling or delays, unforeseen traffic congestion and circumstances beyond our control. If you need to do changes to a reservation as a result of airline delay or cancellation we will change your reservation accordingly without penalty. If flights are delayed passengers will be able to use the next limousine. However, we need to be informed in order to make the appropriate changes.
Luggage will be the responsibility of the passenger. We do not charge anything extra for excess baggage. Items that are left on our vehicles will be held for 30 days. It is the responsibility of the passenger for any expenses incurred trying to return their lost items. With the use of baggage carts at the airport, passengers will be assisted by Budget Limousine with the handling of their luggage. Passengers have the sole responsibility for their own baggage. We are not responsible for loss or damage to luggage worth more than $250.00 including contents. We will not cover loss of cash, jewelry and computers.
Terms of Payment:
There will be a 50% deposit asked for during booking reservations. Payment will be due in full after the passenger arrives or any of the terms of service have been met. Unless other advanced arrangements have been made, acceptable payment methods include cash, credit card, or charging to a pre-approved account – all due in full upon completion of transportation.
Pricing:
We will wait up to 90 minutes after the arrival of your flight, after 90 minutes you will be charged $15 per one-quarter hour.
